Meet the Founder
Jenius Systems is led by Jenemia, a Notion systems designer with a background in operations, administrative support, and digital organization.
Before offering Notion as a service, her work with systems started personally. As someone who naturally gravitates toward structure and clarity, she began using Notion to organize her own digital life - building templates to manage tasks, projects, information, and workflows in a way that felt calm and sustainable.
Over time, those personal systems evolved into something more intentional. Through experimentation, iteration, and real-world use, she realized that the same principles she applied to her own digital organization could help others reduce friction, regain focus, and work with more ease.
That experience now shapes every system designed at Jenius Systems - with an emphasis on clarity, adaptability, and long-term usability, not complexity or over-engineering.
